Rixey Maui is the joint site of a family collaborative. We are a design-build studio based in Maui, Hawai’i.                                                                                                                                                                                                                            With a generational background in architecture, engineering, and construction — and experience ranging                                                                                                                                                                                                                            from luxurious residential projects to affordable housing developments — we translate our clients ideas of                                                                                                                                                                                                                             how we live and inhabit space into distinct works of the built environment.  

In all of our work, we seek to preserve the past and plan for the future—balancing form and function to                                                                                                                                                                                                                              create designs that reconcile these dualities. Our goal is to craft moments that connect the human                                                                                                                                                                                                                                experience with architecture and nature, feeling both intentional and deeply rooted in place.
